There are lots of different App’s you can use on Facebook to display custom pages, videos, contact pages and media. The most recent App I have tested on Facebook is the Iwipa App. This App gives a navigational structure similar to a website inside your Facebook page.
It is very easy to install and has video instructions to guide you through the various options available. Some of the options available with the App are:
The Mediabox
The Mediabox is a space where you can put custom content such as Images, HTML code, Videos and Flas. For our Organic SEO Specialists Welcome Page I used an image pointing to the Like Button. In order for your images to show up on your Facebook they need to be stored on a server. Once you have the location of your image on the server you can use HTML code to input your image into the Mediabox.
Social Media Sharing
Social media sharing buttons come with the Iwipa App and are a very handy way of sharing your Fanpage across a variety of platforms.
Facebook Comments
This is another built in module that you can use if you like. It adds comments onto the pages of your page. Think of it as an extension of your Facebook wall.
YouTube
You can easily upload YouTube videos to your Facebook page with the YouTube module. For our page I included an introductory video about our business.
Scroller
If you want text scrolling across your Facebook page you can use this module.
Slideshow
This module presents a slideshow of images for your Facebook page. Again, it is easy to use and the back end navigation makes uploading images simple.
This is a very user friendly App. With little knowledge of coding you can build highly creative Facebook pages for your business. There are also video tutorials to help you along the way if you get stuck. For the free version you do get a link to the makers, Iwipa. For the Pro version you do get a number of additional features but for $99 a year it all depends on how much work you want to do on your page. Would I recommend the Iwipa App? Yes, I think this is a good Welcome Page as you can have multiple pages within your opening page. It is also easy to set up and use.
