One of the great features of Facebook is that it's constantly evolving. This may drive some people mad but I have learned to embrace the changes and to go with the flow. You may have noticed a small change recently to your Facebook Page as indicated in the screengrab from our BeFound.ie Facebook Page below.
At BeFound we have been offering training services to our clients for over two years. We have worked with FÁS through Eden, we have worked with County Enterprise Boards, we have done lots of 1 to 1 training and workshops with clients such as DSBA and BCK.
These services are about empowering businesses online so they can inform the public about their products and services using their own voice. We try to put blogging as the central element for our clients and then teach them how to set up and use social media to promote their content generation efforts.
If the answer to this question is yes you should consider moving your personal profile to a business, brand or public figure page. Another reason why you should consider this is because you are violating Facebook rules and you run the risk of having your profile shut down if found out.
Why am I talking about this now? Facebook have just made it easier for you to migrate from a personal profile to a business, brand or public figure page. You can now bring migrate your personal profile into a business, brand or public figure page with the click of a button. When you migrate you will move over all your friends from your personal profile and they will become fans of your new business or brand page. Your timeline photographs will also be brought over to your new page. Your profile information and albums will not automatically be transferred over.
